A recurring nightmare

My recurring nightmare,
strong wind, frost, rain and snow.
The girl's father to tell how to make
hurt him, the clothes out of the storm
lug. Prompts for week after week,
why the father did it, broke the child's trust?
We monitored frequently during the night,

the same shall be considered a nightmare at night.
In my dream here, I see a child on the stairs
underwear crying uncontrollably.
